General Questions

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for large events or during peak seasons. However, we may be able to accommodate short notice depending on availability.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Bloemfontein and serve the greater Free State region. For events outside this area, additional travel fees may apply.

Can I customize the services I need?

Absolutely. We tailor our offerings based on your event needs. You can mix and match services like waiters, DJs, barmen, and kids entertainment as required.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, your deposit is partially refundable. Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiting the deposit.

Are your staff professionally trained?

Yes. All our staff — including waiters, barmen, and entertainers — go through a training and vetting process to ensure quality and professionalism at your event.
